Return Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is priority #1. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 10 days of receipt or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. To return an item for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We ship items from multiple warehouses as well as manufacturers across the United States. Therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return warehouse address. For any return or exchange, shipping fee will deduct from refund or store credit.

All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. We can schedule return shipping for you (return shipping charges will be deducted off your refund) or you may ship your order back with your own shipping services. If you use your own shipping methods may we suggest you insure your shipment and use a method that allows you to track its delivery progress. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. Special order products such as custom orders or items where fabrics have been changed upon customer request, are non refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt of your returned item.

Orders which are canceled after 2 business days of being placed or after being loaded/prepared for shipping (whichever comes first) will be subjected to only a restocking fee (15%). If we already shipped the item, shipping cost plus 15% restocking fee will be deduct from your refund or store credit.

All returns must be approved before item(s) are shipped back. Please call us at 1-813-889-8886 or send us an e-mail at: support@homedesignplaza.com so you may be issued a RMA number before sending your order back. If you do not have a RMA number, and you ship your order back, it will be refused. So please contact us before hand.
